By booking any service with Xtreme Xcellence Detailing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must not proceed with booking or using our services.
Our Services And Pricing
Xtreme Xcellence Detailing provides professional automotive detailing services, including interior detailing, exterior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, and related vehicle care services.
All services are performed at our designated location or at an agreed-upon service location. Pricing provided through estimates, advertisements, or communication is subject to change depending on vehicle size, condition, level of contamination, service complexity, and any additional requirements identified during inspection.
Final pricing is confirmed upon evaluation of the vehicle before or at the time of service. We reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation Policy
We value scheduling efficiency and allocate dedicated time slots for each appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Changes or reschedules are permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty. Any cancellation, reschedule, modification, or failure to attend the appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in the automatic forfeiture of any deposit paid.
We reserve the right to refuse future bookings in cases of repeated cancellations or no-shows.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of detailing services, no refunds will be issued once a service has been completed.
If you believe a service was not performed as agreed, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the concern and may offer a reasonable correction at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Deposits
Certain services may require a deposit to secure scheduling and allocate resources. Deposits are applied toward the final service total.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellations, rescheduling, or missed appointments within 24 hours of the scheduled service time. We reserve the right to require deposits at our discretion.
Personal Belongings Disclaimer
Clients must remove all personal belongings from their vehicle before their appointment. Any items left inside the vehicle are done so at the client’s own risk.
Xtreme Xcellence Detailing is not responsible for any loss, damage, or missing items left inside the vehicle before, during, or after the service.
Vehicle Condition Acknowledgement
By requesting service, you acknowledge that your vehicle may have pre-existing damage, including scratches, stains, wear, or defects that cannot be fully corrected through detailing services.
You agree to disclose any known issues, sensitive areas, aftermarket modifications, or prior damage before service begins. Results may vary depending on the condition and age of the vehicle.
No Warranty On Services
All services are provided “as is,” without express or implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where specific product or manufacturer warranties may apply.
We do not guarantee complete removal of stains, scratches, or defects, nor do we guarantee exact restoration to a “like-new” condition. Results may vary depending on the condition, age, and materials of the vehicle.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xtreme Xcellence Detailing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage, mechanical or electrical issues, or any personal belongings left inside the vehicle. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, supply chain disruptions, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Prohibited Uses
When interacting with our business or using any associated website or booking platform, you agree not to submit false service requests, engage in unlawful activity, interfere with system functionality, attempt fraudulent payment transactions, or misuse communication channels.
Violations may result in refusal of service, cancellation of appointments, or legal action where applicable.
